Meet your Coach, Nichi

Hi, I’m Nichi Morrin—and I’m not just your coach, I’m someone who’s been there.

With a background in clinical psychology, I’m also a sustainable health coach, consultant, author, researcher, advocate, and podcast host. But beyond the credentials, I’m a woman who has lived through trauma, navigated invisible conditions, and had to rebuild from the inside out. I am also a parent living with invisible conditions (and raising teens who live with them, too). 

I know what it's like to be looking for answers, feeling like your body can't keep up with what your mind is wanting to do, and what it's like to live with a rare or hard to diagnose condition.
I have felt the isolation and sense of hopelessness when not only living with chronic health, but trying to also have a career, and be a parent of children with invisible conditions also.
I know what it’s like to be dismissed, doubted, and burned out.  And I also know that healing is possible when you stop fighting your body and start working with it.  I’ve navigated misdiagnoses, flare-ups, and medical burnout—and I’ve had to learn how to speak up the hard way - for myself and my girls.

This masterclass is everything I wish I had when I was told, “It’s probably just stress or anxiety.”
