Terms, Conditions & Consent to Programs and/or Memberships

  1. Overview of Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd

1.1. Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd is a non-clinical business that provides programs, education, courses, webinars, resources, and memberships aimed at helping individuals with invisible conditions. The information shared is general and educational in nature and does not replace professional advice or consultation. Participants should seek professional health support as needed.
1.2. Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd is designed to offer high-quality, evidence-based content for individuals with invisible conditions (e.g., chronic conditions, physical and mental health challenges, disabilities), providing guidance for sustainable health and living.

2.1. Services include:

  • Online courses
  • Membership programs
  • Workshops
  • Products and resources

2.2. Participants may independently practice activities or skills provided, which are low-risk and at their own discretion.
2.3. Online content is released incrementally throughout the program.
2.4. Pricing details are available on the website.

  1. Relationship with Rewired Psychology

3.1. Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd's services are non-clinical and differ from Rewired Psychology's psychological services.
3.2. The business is operated by Nichole Morrin, a registered psychologist. However, Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd is not a psychology service.
3.3. Participants acknowledge they are engaging in a coaching program, not receiving psychological services. By registering you understand that this is not a clinical, therapeutic service and does not replace a therapeutic service.
3.4. To prevent conflicts of interest:

  • Current or former clients of Nichole Morrin cannot join Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd programs until 6 months after the cessation of psychological services.
  • Participants of Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd cannot access psychological services from Nichole Morrin until 6 months after completing the program.
    3.5. Any exceptions to these policies are at Nichole Morrin's discretion.
    3.6. If issues arise during the program that exceed the coaching scope, participants may be advised to seek professional support.
    3.7. Nichole Morrin reserves the right to terminate a participantā€™s registration at her discretion. Partial refunds may be provided in such cases.
  1. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

4.1. Personal information is collected for participation purposes.
4.2. Participants must review and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before signing this document.

  1. Technology Requirements

5.1. The program is delivered online via a website portal and videoconferencing. Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate technology setup (computer, video camera, speakers, and private space).
5.2. Internet-based communication may have security limitations.

  1. Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, resources, and services from Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd are its intellectual property.
6.2. Reproduction, redistribution, or exploitation of content is prohibited.

  1. Fees

7.1. Service and product costs are clearly listed on the website.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1. Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to program commencement.
8.2. After the program begins, refunds are at the discretion of Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd, typically only when a participantā€™s registration is terminated.
8.3. Pre-booked 1:1 coaching sessions can be cancelled 72 hours in advance but must be rescheduled within the program period. No refunds for unused sessions.

  1. Consent to Participation

9.1. By signing this document, participants confirm they understand:

  • Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd is a coaching service, not psychological therapy.
  • They are not currently a client of Nichole Morrin or have not accessed her psychological services in the last 6 months.
  • Participation in the program precludes access to Nichole Morrinā€™s psychological services for at least 6 months after completion.
  • They have reviewed the Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.

Agreement

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Consent Form and have discussed any outstanding questions with Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd. I agree to these conditions for coaching services provided by Rewired for Greatness Pty Ltd.
